My journey into holistic and counselling practices began in the early nineties, involving studies in holistic therapies, counselling, and psychotherapy at colleges in Ireland and the UK.

I had the privilege of working with various community organisations, including CDP (Community Development Project), DLDC (Donegal Leading Developments Centre), VEC (Vocational Education Centre), CRC (Central Remedial Clinic), The Women's Centre, and Resource Centres across Donegal and Tyrone. My role involved providing one-to-one treatments and teaching several healing modalities to groups throughout.

I founded a charity, offering holistic therapies and counselling for those with depression and/or suicidal tendencies, supported by the HSE (Health Service Executive).

In 2017, I set about developing a healing modality, "Gem and Stone Therapy," that combines the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies through the use of crystals, stones, sacred geometry, and angelic intervention. It includes 3 training levels, with Illustrated Manuals providing step-by-step instructions, videos and audio for home use.

I developed a program for Mother and Child, with children aged 6 to 12. Guided manuals are provided with this program.
